Although NECTAR is able to ship every order in the timeframe specified, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded, causing a delay of one extra day. Should this occur, your order will be marked for urgent delivery on the following day and we will reimburse you for the cost of postage. The delivery timescales presented here do not apply to orders which require additional security checks. If a security check is required, it will usually follow that we will need you to provide additional information; despatch will not occur until this information is received. NECTAR is unable to provide compensation for late deliveries. Compensation will not be provided for consequential losses (e.g., time taken off work or if the item is a gift and you purchase the same item from a more expensive retailer). If, for any reason, your order is returned to us (e.g., incorrect address), then NECTAR will inform you immediately via email when the item is received. You will be given a choice as to whether the item is sent out again, or a refund is processed. Please note, for items that are undelivered through fault of the customer (e.g., incorrect address), NECTAR reserves the right to deduct the outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.

UK Standard Delivery

  • We usually ship orders with Royal Mail – tracking reference can be followed on http://www.royalmail.com/track-trace
  • Deliveries will usually be made within 2-3 working days after you place your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • UK Standard Delivery is:
    • £3.99 for orders between £0 – £90
    • £5.99 for orders between £90 – £150
    • Free for orders over £150
  • Your order can be delivered anytime between 7 am and 7 pm and a signature may be required on receipt.
  • If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
  • Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

European Delivery Information

We hope that you’re pleased with your new NECTAR product, however we do understand that you may need to return goods to us. Please note that if you purchased your NECTAR product through an authorised distributor, all sales are final, and you must contact their customer service for any returns. This return policy applies only to purchases made directly through nectarmedicalvapes.com. If you find that your NECTAR product is faulty on arrival, then you are entitled to a replacement or a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return a product for other reasoning, we will accept unused and unopened products within 14 days from the date of delivery with a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed with any returns. Please contact us for returning guidelines. Custom designed vaporiser units are only entitled to a replacement or refund within 14 days of the date of delivery if proven to be faulty. If your NECTAR product that was purchased from the nectarmedicalvapes.com website becomes faulty after delivery, we strongly recommend that you contact us directly for a warranty replacement. This is often the quickest way to have a fault resolved. You can view our warranty policy here. Where any faulty goods are to be returned to us, then please contact us for returning guidelines.

If you discover that your NECTAR product purchased from the nectarmedicalvapes.com website is visibly damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier. Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will replace them. All missing, incorrect and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Once the damaged or incorrect goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will replace them accordingly. Please contact us for returning guidelines. In the event that your order from the nectarmedicalvapes.com website was duplicated by mistake, then please notify us as soon as possible for returning guidelines.

Shipping Charges

You will be responsible for shipping to us (we suggest you insure the package and record the tracking number). We will cover the cost of shipping for your replacement unit back to you. If international, customs and duties fees may be incurred and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Manufacturer’s Warranty For NECTAR Products

NECTAR warrants the NECTAR v1, NECTAR v2, the NECTAR Bumble Bee and all NECTAR Accessories against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of up to twelve (12) months from the date of retail purchase from an authorised NECTAR retailer. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and is nontransferable. This warranty is only valid and enforceable in the country where you purchased the product provided that NECTAR has intended the product for sale in that country.

Proof of purchase must be provided prior to warranty service being provided. Please retain your receipt and send it in an email to [email protected] If a covered defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, NECTAR will either (1) Repair the product defect, or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or is a functionally equivalent product within 24 hours plus delivery time. All devices approved for warranty support must be returned to and received by a NECTAR facility before a replacement will be issued. Customer is responsible for bearing the cost of freight in order to receive warranty support. The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries, accessories, wear and tear of hinges, mouthpiece, or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions. Our Counterfeiting Policy

The fight against unauthorised sales and counterfeiting is a long-term commitment to quality and service by NECTAR. We are dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the modern technologies, beautiful design and world-class support that encompass our brand. We advise consumers to be cautious when purchasing devices from unauthorised resellers as the quality, reliability, and safety of these products is uncertain and in some cases, may expose the user to serious dangers not encountered with genuine NECTAR products.

NECTAR has a devoted team to actively pursue and investigate unauthorised resellers and counterfeiters in an effort to protect customers. While NECTAR would like to help the victims of counterfeiting we’re not able to reimburse money used to purchase infringing goods since such goods were not bought from NECTAR, nor do we assist with the resolution of disputes, including assistance with PayPal or credit card refunds. Contact NECTAR support to learn more about authorised dealers, as any product purchased outside of our exclusive sales network runs the risk of being counterfeit and is not under warranty.
