BUMBLE BEE

BUMBLE BEE FAQ

Yes – the Bumble Bee has a 650mAh (4.7V) built-in battery. When the battery runs out of power it will flash a white light. The rest of the LED indicators are as such:

  • 100% to 70% = White light.
  • 70% to 30% = Blue light.
  • 30% to 1% = Red light.
  • Out of Power = Flashing White light.

The short answer is either the Pollinators for thick oils such as CBD or the Pollintors Wax for concentrates and resins.

Having said that, the Bumble Bee can theoretically take any cartridge with a 510 Magnetic Thread Adapter. If the cartridge you’re after doesn’t come with any adapters then you can purchase them online. You would only need one 510 magnetic adapter as you could always re-use it even when charging cartridges. The Bumble Bee fires up at 10W hence to get anywhere you would require a coil with higher resistance (above 1.1 Ohm).

If using your own cartridges: Some cartridges will expand from the heat exerted on them so to avoid cracking the Bumble Bee, ensure they’re super slim cartridges.

Simple answer – the LED will turn itself off.

You can double check by removing the wire and inserting it again. The LED will flash 3 times which confirms it’s fully charged.

This is subjective to the viscosity of the oil, the amount you use it and the size of your lungs.

On average you should expect a full cartridge (1ml) to last you approximately 3 days.

This is subjective to the viscosity of the concentrate, the amount you use it and the size of your lungs.

On average you should expect a Pollinator cartridge to last you approximately 9 days of full use, assuming you’re filling the cartridge to the top. This equates to 3 full fills of each cartridge. The Pollinator Wax cartridges on the other hand should last between 15 to 20 uses (subject to the viscosity).

The Bumble Bee vaporiser comes with a Pollinator cartridge which is best used for thick oils such as CBD oil. Moreover, the Pollinators Wax have also been designed for the Bumble Bee vaporiser but are specifically for use with concentrates / waxes / resins.

Yes, you have to replace the atomiser every week or so dependant on how much you use it and which atomiser you are using.

You can purchase either the Pollinator (for thick oils such as CBD) or Pollinator Wax (for concentrates / waxes / resins) cartridges which contains 5pcs and 3pcs, respectively.

You can also use any other tank with a 510 thread adapter. However the Bumble Bee fires up at 10W therefore to use it effectively ensure any cartridges you use have a resistance of at least 1.1 Ohm and over.

  • All of our vaporizers have been designed to be as discreet as possible hence their portable size and the decision to avoid clouds. So you should not expect any of our inhalators to act like some of the e-cigarettes you see out their producing foggy clouds of vapour. We’re in an era where some vaporizers are receiving negative press because of the amount of vapour produced invading non-vapers private space hence our decision to design discreet vaporizers. Don’t let that throw you off, clouds don’t determine whether an inhalator is working well or not.
  • Also note that you are heating a chamber in the vaporizer which is in turn heating your ingredients. Note the work heating and not burning. You shouldn’t expect too much fog/vapor, which is one of the reasons vaporizing is healthier than smoking anything that combusts.
  • Of course, we are going off our own judgement here, and have not seen your vape in detail so if your oil is not draining or your dry herbs are not going a darker colour after 3-4 sessions then feel free to send it in to us and we’ll have a look at it and if required, we’ll replace it within 24 hours.
  • If you still want more clouds then we have a couple of tips for you:
    • Leave your vape for another 20 seconds after the vape vibrates before drawing, as this gives enough time for the ingredients to heat.
    • Try to draw through the mouthpiece slowly and consistently – this always works best.

Yes – the Bumble Bee is essentially just a battery kit which comes with 1x Pollinator Cartridge (for thick oils such as CBD).

The Bumble Bee automatically fires up when it is being drawn on, therefore it is always turned off unless it is being drawn.

No – there are no buttons on the Bumble Bee vaporiser.

Yes – you will need to do this with any device which uses a cotton wick and coil.

No – the Bumble Bee features a 510 magnetic fitting. A 510 magnetic fitting is the same size as a 510 thread but is without the thread.

However, the Bumble Bee comes with a Pollinator cartridge which includes a 510 Thread Magnetic Adapter, therefore you will be able to reuse it on any other 510 threads.

No – the Bumble Bee is an empty device. You can use it with your chosen constituents however the Bumble Bee and the Pollinator cartridge which comes with it are both empty.

Short answer: Yes
Long answer: Yes, grinding will increase the surface area of your herb therefore increasing the rate of reaction, essentially making it easier to heat up. The same reason why its easier/faster to mix a teaspoon of sugar into a tea, then it is to mix a cube of sugar (An anology which may help you understand the ‘why’). However, ensure you do not compact the dry herbs as this allow for less room for air to pass through and will cause tighter airflow.

Please check the setting. You can switch the vibrate on/off by holding the + (plus) button.

The fluctuating is supposed to happen. The device saves battery by heating when required. This means it may temporarily stop heating for a few seconds when reached the required temp, the second it drops 1 degree, it heats again.

You simply pull it out. It’s held in place by two bearings on springs and they will give way once you start pulling the mouthpiece out.

Unfortunately, not, but email us your order number so we can see your address and we’ll have one sent out to you – free of charge
